USA Office (Paramus, NJ)

  • Pre-sales consultant

    Reports To: Marketing Mgr.

    Responsibilities:

    • Presentation of all Koger products and functionalities during the sales cycle.
    • Analysis of meeting minutes form Demo's for system gaps – produce BRD for proposal to development specified functionality.
    • Working knowledge of the industries and be able to answer queries presented during presentations.
    • Create and maintain presentation data and demo manuals for all products.
    • Manage versions and confirmation testing for NJ demo servers with respect to both versions and DB refreshes.
    • Review website and ensure it is kept up to date with all relevant information.
    • Attend industry conferences and other networking events, as required, to further generate business while always displaying the highest standards of professionalism.
    • Review and maintain social media presence including but not limited to Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • Learn and maintain data entry in Sugar to ensure applicable process is always followed.
    • Upload and split leads into sugar among sales personnel.
    • Provide assistance with regression testing assignments during "down times".
    • Assist in completing RFP/RFI were ever possible and needed.
    • Participate in sales meetings, and review processes to assist where possible.
    • Train sales personnel as needed on system functionalities and competitive advantage areas.
    • Assist in demo scheduling, lead generation, and follow up calls and meetings.
    • While not exhaustive, the above constitutes a minimum assumption of day to day responsibilities.

  • Technical Writer

    Reports To: Business Core Mgr.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating and updating software user guides and online help.
    • Creating end-user release notes.
    • Creating and editing marketing materials.
    • Creating and editing training tutorials.
    • Testing new applications and enhancements.

    Experience:

    • Must have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
    • Experience with Adobe RoboHelp and Adobe FrameMaker preferred.
    • Business and/or accounting documentation experience preferred.

    Education:

    • Minimum of Bachelor Degree.

  • Junior Business Analyst / Account Manager

    Reports To: Technical Support Mgr.


    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a permanent liaison between Koger and designated client.
    • Manage client expectations, ensuring our software's integrity.
    • Review client's daily business issues and identify the appropriate way to solve them while ensuring a quick turnaround, support.
    • Support implementation of system upgrades and configuration.
    • Translate and model client's business requirements and liaison with developers.
    • Outstanding understanding of Koger products.
    • Meet client's deadlines for regular fixes and business solutions.
    • Constantly monitor the quality of client's support.

    Experience:

    • 2 years experience in a financial related industry.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, finance, economics or related field.

  • Jr. QA Analyst

    Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager


    Responsibilities:

    • Closely follow the QA testing strategies and procedures.
    • Carry out testing ensuring that Koger products meet the highest levels of quality standards.
    • Update in a timely manner the testing scripts based on latest developments.
    • Record all discovered issues in HP Quality Center.
    • Prepare and attend pre-compilation meetings.
    • Compile, based on the latest changes, new patches and releases.
    • Run automated tests for every compilation.

    Experience:

    • 2 years software testing experience.
    • Solid knowledge of various testing methods and procedures.
    • Familiarity with HP Quality Center or any other test management tools.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, finance, economics or related field.

  • Sales Associate

    Reports To: Marketing Mgr.


    Responsibilities

    • Identify prospective clients and initiate new business opportunities globally.
    • Adhere to previously defined target markets, utilizing creative ways to sell to hard-to-reach alternative investment fund managers.
    • Manage complex sales-cycle from generating interest though to close, often presenting product suite multiple times to various decision makers.
    • Organize and Track sales pipeline rigorously using company's CRM solution in order to present sales progress to management.
    • Maintain expert knowledge of fund accounting and administration practices and trends in the financial software industry.
    • Continually seek out opportunities to promote the firm demonstrating the highest sense of urgency in all endeavors.
    • Attend industry conferences and other networking events to further generate business while always displaying the highest standards of professionalism.

    Experience

    • 1-3 years of experience in similar business development role and driving revenue growth.
    • Experience in Windows Operating System, which includes Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
    • An interest in and comfort level with understanding new technology and software applications, including an ability to translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand product benefits and features for prospects and customers.
    • Experience selling to C-level executives, selling products with a 6-12 month sales cycle.
    • Basic understanding of financial markets, including hedge funds and private equity firms.
    • Familiarity with fund accounting software, partnership accounting applications, and calculations such as equalization, and "waterfall" is a big plus.

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Economics, Marketing, or comparable area of study.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively records requests received during demos.
    • Ensure that internal/external issues are resolved promptly.
    • Monitor product releases and execute with proper attention to quality assurance and stability.
    • Actively evaluate KPI metrics to measure efficiency, productivity levels, and impact of changes.
    • Suggest/monitor process changes and compose of internal and external memo notifications.
    • Communicate with all levels to answer queries and ensure change is adhered to and implemented.
    • Watch over all activities in conjunction with and especially in the absence of the VP of Operations.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.

    Experience

    • 1 - 3 years progressive business experience.

SLOVAKIA Office (Kosice)

  • Database Administrator

    We are currently seeking a suitable candidate with minimum of two to five years of working experience to fill our database specialist, administrator and/or analyst position. Responsibilities include exceptional knowledge of relational database, writing, debugging and maintaining of SQL scripts, analysis of database schema and database performance, design of database architecture and integration with application code. English language skills are required.

  • Java Programmer

    We are currently seeking a suitable candidate with minimum of two to five years of working experience to fill our Java Developer/Programmer position. Person will be responsible for development of financial database software very similar to internet banking using mostly JEE technology. Knowledge of distributed three tier applications, internet/intranet technology, JAVA, JEE, EJB, JSP, JavaScript, Hibernate, AngularJS, XML/XSL, SQL, Web services are expected skills for this position. English language skills are required.
