Log a Support Case

Use the username/password pair that has been provided to you. If you do not have authentication, please e-mail us and we will provide you with one. Once you are logged in, you can view all the requests using the filter options in the project home page. All reported requests are sorted by Key number (or Ticket number). To search for a specific request, type Key number (or Ticket number) into the "Quick Search" box in the top right hand corner and hit enter. Once you locate your request, you can view, add additional description, and upload additional attachments. In addition, you may submit new requests. Once you do, you will again be able to track its progress by the Key number (or Ticket number) in real time.
