To monitor the progress of your reported problem/request in real time through KEMS, proceed as follows:
Login
to KEMS.
Use the KEMS username/password pair that has been provided to you. If you do not have
authentication, please e-mail us and we will
provide you with one. Once you are logged in, you can view all the requests under the
"defects" folder. All reported requests are sorted by TICKET Number.
To search for a specific request, type the TICKET Number into the "Goto Defect" box in the lower left hand corner and click on "Go!" button. Once you locate your request, you can view, add additional description, and upload additional attachments. You can select the "workaround" tab to see if there is already a resolution to your request/problem. In addition, you may submit new requests. Once you do, you will again be able to track its progress by the TICKET number in real time.
