Support Plans
Since KOGER products are used by clients worldwide, KOGER is continuously searching for new ways to improve its technical support. We are currently evaluating various options to offer world-class technical support, based on our client's needs. This would range from standard to gold, with platinum technical support plan guaranteeing 24×7×365 availability of KOGER Technical Support Team.
Support Policy
There are three ways to get in touch with the KOGER Technical Support team:
1. Log a Support Case
You will be presented with a short form. Please fill out the form thoroughly
and describe your request/problem in detail and if applicable, include screen
shots of the error. After you submit it, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement
with an assigned TICKET Number. Once the status of your case changes or it becomes
resolved, you will be informed by mail or by phone. Should you wish to check on
the status of your issue in the interim, please refer to that TICKET Number or
look up the status of your TICKET in our Issue Management System on the web.
2. E-mail us at support@kogerusa.com
Please describe your request/problem in detail. If you are reporting a product bug,
please attach any screen shots that may help the KOGER Technical Support Team
troubleshoot your problem. After you submit your e-mail, you will receive an
automatic acknowledgement with the assigned TICKET Number. Thereafter, follow
the same steps as listed above to track the status of your request.
3. Call +201-291-7747 and receive assistance from one of our Technical Support Personnel. Your request will be automatically entered into a database and you will be given a TICKET Number. A support representative will follow up with you shortly thereafter.
