Fill out the short form completely and describe your request or problem in detail. If applicable,
include screen shots of the error. After submitting your request you will receive an automatic
acknowledgement with an assigned Ticket Number. Use that number to track the progress of your request
through the Koger Electronic Management System (KEMS), or wait until a technical-support representative
contacts you to resolve the issue.
