Deep Pool Financial Solutions was born from the merger of industry leaders HWM Financial Solutions and KOGER, creating the world’s premier investor servicing and regulatory solutions provider.
OUR HISTORY
We have been in the vanguard of the fund administration and compliance technology industry for three decades.
Deep Pool Financial Solutions was established in 2021. But our history as a cutting-edge investor service platform provider goes back much further.
Deep Pool is the product of HWM Group’s acquisition of the assets of KOGER, which brings together the two leading providers in the fund administration and transfer agency technology space.
HWM has grown into a recognised expert in alternative investments, retail funds and regulatory compliance since launching in 2006, with our solutions used by the world’s leading banks and fund administrators. KOGER’s advanced investor servicing, compliance and business process management systems have been at the industry forefront since the company’s inception in 1994.
Private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners took a majority stake in HWM Group (then renamed Deep Pool) to facilitate the expansion and our future growth.
